Built by sisters,
rooted in Houston
Bakery Las 2 Hermanas isn't a franchise or a trend — it's two sisters who grew up around ovens, learning from their mother and grandmother, and decided to open a door on Bissonnet Street where the whole neighborhood could walk in and feel at home.
Everything we bake comes from recipes that predate the shop by generations. The pan dulce, the conchas, the sourdough — these aren't menu experiments. They're the same formulas we ate at our kitchen table, now made for you.
We wake up before sunrise so the bread is warm when you walk in at 7. We hand-fold every empanada. We source the butter, the flour, the chocolate — because if we wouldn't serve it to our own family, we won't serve it to you.
